How To Make Plans With Someone

It seems like everytime you make plans, something goes wrong or it just doesn’t happen. What’s the trick to making good plans?

You Will Need

  • Friends
  • A place or thing you want to go to or do
  • a ride
  • Organization
  • Time to make room in your schedule
  • A permenant marker (optional)

Step 1: Decide what or where you want to make plans for

Find out what around what time you want to go,what it is you want to do,how you’re going to do it,who you want to come, where you want to do it,and for how long you want to.

Step 2: Decide how you're getting there

Be sure to know if someone in your group can drive and has a car.If they need to ask for a car, make sure they do.If no one can drive, make sure you all ask your parents if they can, whoever has the most room in the car, wins.

If you have forgetful friends,or just plain “planning-ahead”-inept friends, write on their hands to ask for the car or the ride in permenant marker, that way they can’t forget or wash it off easily.

Step 3: Get the nessecary items

Make sure you have everything,if you’re going to the beach check for soda, ice cream, food;the important stuff.

Step 4: Ask for permission

Unless there’s absolutely no way you will be made to stay home, ask permission from your parents.Even if you lie, make sure that they know you need to be out of the house from such time to such time.If you don’t ask and at the last minute drop out of the plans, chances are,you won’t be invited again.

again, write on the forgetfuls’ hands with permenant marker to ask their parents for permission.

Step 5: Plan for younger siblings

If you have a younger sibling you have to watch, get someone else to watch them that day.Ask either another friend who isn’t going,a family member or just ask your parents if they can go to a friend’s house until they get home.

Never wait until the last minute to ask your parents or plan for siblings,it’s better to not be able to go then to make everyone else put the plans on hold until the last second,or have to change them at the last second.

Step 6: Have fun

Enjoy being out with your friends, now that everything was planned, you don’t have to worry or wish you had asked to go instead of being left at home.
