How To Design a Cheap PC Game
Everyone loves video games, right? Well now everyone can love your games!
You Will Need
- A Coumputer
- Internet Access
- Time
- Images
- A Basic Know How
Step 1: A Coumputer
You will need a coumputer that you visit pretty often, because the software you will be downloading will go on that coumputer, along with your game.
Step 2: Internet
Boot up your internet and go to a website called yoyo games, here is the link ( http://www.yoyogames.com/ )! There you will click on a link at the top of the page that says make.
Step 3: Download the software
You will want to click on Game Maker 7.0. You will need to click on the black box on the next page that has the 123 steps on it. You will need to register and download, even if you never go back to that website again.
Get pemission about downloading this software from the owner of the coumputer if it is not yours! If you do not you could end up in a world of trouble.
Step 4: Be Patient
Be nice and wait for it to complete the instillation.
Step 5: Optional Download
you could log in and download the EXTRAS for game maker. This is under make games aswell. Download the resources, this will give you more sounds, graphics, and sprites.
Be sure to check out the Work In Progress and Beta Games sections under make games.
Step 6: Be Ready To Work With Your Software!
Go to sprites create a sprite, make it an object with the circle icon on the toolbar, create a room and watch your designing go up up and away!
