How To Dress To Impress(women)

Need to look spiffy for some occasion?Well here’s how you can “dress to impress” anyone.

You Will Need

  • A skirt or slacks
  • A nice shirt
  • A nice jacket
  • Nice shoes
  • Confidence
  • A good stride

Step 1: Go shopping

Stick with same colored jackets and pants and within these choose either grey, brown, light brown,or black. For the shirt(which will be worn underneath the jacket)pick something that isn’t very revealing but still shows your form.If you have chosen black you can pick any color pretty much;anything else and go with something light, like a pinkish color.

Most every store will have what you need so don’t go to big department stores if you’re strapped for cash. Target,Walmart,Kohl’s,and other slightly smaller retail chains will have exactly what you need. Also, use common fashion sense when buying.

Step 2: Buy nice shoes

If you have trouble walking in heels, try getting nice flats, kitten heels,or wedge heels.Even though some may argue flats aren’t professional, neither is falling over on the escalator. The shoes should be black or brown unless you can find nice grey ones in your size(they are hard to come by)

Step 3: Tidy up

Make sure you clear your face and put on any make up you usually use.Try to straighten your hair or make it sleek in some way.If you have curly hair, make sure it isn’t knotty-looking or messy-looking.If you can’t do this, a bun is always a sure-fire professional look.

Step 4: Learn to walk

No you did not learn this when you were a baby. This walking requires that you keep your head up and back straight and always look ahead of you. Sway your arms but not too much, only a few inches from your back and smile at everyone that looks directly at you, they might know the person you were just with.

Step 5: Be confident in your look

All the clothes and shoes and makeup and hair styles in the world can’t help you if you have no confidence.Even if you only need confidence this one time, pretend, chances are you won’t ever see anyone here that you’d be embarrassed around again(sexual relationships excluded)

This is a great guide, on first dates (or the first few) I always pay especially close attention to what the girl is wearing...the sexier the shoes the better, but if you can't walk in heels that's kind of a turn off since you'll end up looking awkward, just wear flats or something in that case...thanks for another great guide!
