Humane traps can be made from almost anything in your house, and as long as you check the traps regularly you can release your little furry invaders without harm to them, and without having to touch them and risk a little nip. Intentionally killing a pet mouse can land you with a hefty fine and maybe even some light prison time depending on the circumstances, but for some reason it's fine to intentionally kill a wild one. Bottom line is: killing is a LAST RESORT. There's enough cruelty in the world without people going out of their way to add more. « less
