• Description Russ Boyd is a licensed Real Estate Broker by the State of California with an extensive background in real estate and mortgage lending. He earned his Juris Doctorate (Law Degree) in 1996. Russ has received specialized training in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and training to serve the needs of mature homeowners and has earned the SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation. Russ put his years of experience to the "pen" by authoring a book, "let's Make a Deal; The Insiders Guide to Buying and Selling Real Estate. He is a members of National, California and Bay Area Realtor Associations and all Bay Area Multiple Listing Services.
