Comment: Honestly, this is NOT martial arts, nor should it be confused with martial arts. MMA is actually a Sport Art, denoted by the rules, awards, and general hoopla that comes with all other sports. Martial Arts are the arts of war and combat. There are no rules. There are considerations of "gentlemen’s rules", but these are more like guidelines of considerations than actual rules. Personally, I find MMA to be a cold-sore on the prestige that is true martial arts.
