Preschool Songs-Circle Time Songs-Preschool Activities

I've taught preschoolers art as well as done circle time songs at the community center with them. My opinion of that song 'baby bumble bee' is that it doesn't teach children of that age anything constructive, but rather quite destructive. There's enough violence and gross stuff on TV, in movies and books for kids now as it is. Isn't it time to start making changes in what we teach our children and especially our preschoolers where there is still some hope over how they perceive? What is this new generation going to be like as adults if violence is so easy for kids to experience, even in a circle time song?
