You are a joker. You are feeding the same crap they try to feed the country. Bottomline customer service...contracts...cost...forget the other crap MOST are concerned about the basic features. Ah this video is posted elsewhere. www.gizmoconnect.com addresses customer service issues. It rocks because for the first time YOU can rate & review or read ratings and reviews for customer service. Definitely influenced my decision to NOT got with Verizon!
