How To Add Flash To iWeb
This tutorial is adding a flash file to iWeb not flash video. Flash video is very different. I have a tutorial on that on my website. Go to iWebUnlimited.com, then go to the videos link and there I have posted a video on how to get flash video (.flv files etc) into iWeb.

Another tip to save battery life that the video didn't mention is to make sure that "Sound Check" is turned off. This feature makes it so all your songs are about the same volume, but it also using quite a bit of battery life.
