How To Repair Windows Explorer: a Problem Associated With Windows Vista

This is not only Vista problem but Xp's as well. Sometimes if you're not able to kill EXPLORER.EXE you need to kill Drwtsn32.exe first. And you can click - CTRL+SHIFT+ESCAPE to go directly to processes tab.
