I have been doing it that was for some months now and it really changes my world. I encountered a problem and would like your advice: Since some time my permanant thinking became stronger and stronger and it really hurts the body sometimes. I can´t almost stand that noise during meditation. Is that a normal part of releasing the inner stress? Is there any advice you can give?
