How To Build a Better Body Image

No matter what you do or say someone will be rubbed the wrong way. This video is for those who want advice on how to improve you current body image if you are not satisfied. It's a very good video with great advice. Thanks for making it. And if by chance the only thing you want to do for yourself is accept where you are, with out change or self improvement, then by all means do that.
