Have sex at 7 a.m.
Have sex around 7 a.m., when testosterone levels are highest, making you friskier and more sensitive to touch.
Water the plants in the morning
Water your garden in the early morning, or else the daytime heat will evaporate it before your plants get their fill. Plus, morning watering prevents fungus.
Shave at 8 a.m.

Send your last important email of the day before 8 p.m. The top times to check email are 8 a.m., lunchtime, and 8 p.m., so if you miss the final cutoff, your email will likely wait until morning.
Eat 3 hours before bed
The best time for your bedtime snack is actually at least three hours before you go to sleep, so your body has time to digest the food.
