  Stomach in, buttocks out, shoulders back

  Land on ball of foot

  For balance do not step on toe or heel

  Use thigh muscles for lift

  Feel them contracting as you walk

  Step 4.

  Put one foot in front of the other

  Don’t walk with your feet parallel

Every young girl who wants to wear high heels should watch this video. Too many times do I see young girls AND older women walk with a slouched posture in heels, and sometimes disgrace the beauty of the shoes. It makes me cringe!
