With just a few ingredients you can take your ramen noodles from mundane to mouthwatering.
Pour the water into a large microwaveable bowl.
Microwave the bowl of water on high for three minutes.
Using a dish towel to protect your hands, carefully take the hot bowl out of the microwave.
Open the seasoning packet and add the contents to the water.
Snap the block of ramen noodles in half and submerge both halves in the water.
Cover the bowl with the plate and let the noodles sit for five minutes.
If you have a stove or hot plate, you can cook the noodles in a small pot of boiling water for three minutes.
In another bowl, add the peanut butter and sugar.
Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar or lemon juice.
Stir with a spoon until it’s all well mixed.
If the sauce seems too thick, add a teaspoon of the hot ramen broth to make the sauce a little thinner.
When the noodles are ready, take the plate off the noodle bowl and, using a fork to hold back the noodles, drain the broth into the sink.
Pour the noodles in the bowl with the peanut butter sauce.
If you have sesame oil, add just a few drops. It’s delicious, but too much will taste bitter.
Using a fork, toss the noodles and peanut butter sauce together until the noodles are evenly coated.
With a small knife or scissors, chop or cut the scallion into little rounds and sprinkle it on top.
There is a “ramusement” park in Yokohama, Japan—an entire museum devoted to ramen!

Sugar? They said add Sugar? That is the worst thing for your body. It's a sly fox. Tastes good but creates slow havoc for the body. And toss the packet of seasoning out. MSG to the max in that stuff, ugh. Just cook the noodles and season at will....but please, forget the sugar.
