Learn how to make textured embellishments using Ranger’s Frosted Crystal Embossing Powder and Adirondack Alcohol Ink.
Using the Graphically Speaking cartridge and Cricut Expression Machine Cut out a 4” “Independence day” circle. 4” Circle and the word “day” 4”.
Color the diecut with Denim Alcohol Ink. Place some Alcohol Ink onto the applicator tool and pounce on the diecut until the whole piece is colored. Let it dry for about a half a minute.
Rub the Clear emboss it pad over the diecut, covering the entire piece with ink.
Place the diecut onto a scrap piece of paper and pour some Frosted Crystal embossing powder over the entire piece. Remove the excess and return it to the jar.
Emboss the diecut with the Heat It Tool.
Repeat Steps 3, 4 and 5. Rub the entire diecut with a heavy coat of ink, place it on your scrap paper, pour the powder on, remove excess and emboss.
Glue enameled piece to white donut shape.
Glue the star crystals onto the white donut.
Glue the word “day”onto the star.
Glue the star onto the embellishment.
Add the embellishment to your scrapbook page.
