  • 1/2 tsp. salmon oil

Steps

  1. Step 1

    Brown the beef

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Place the ground beef in the frying pan and cook until the meat is gray and crumbly. Drain excess grease into the coffee cup.

  2. Step 2

    Mixing the ingredients

Scoop the ground beef into the bowl and add in the oatmeal and eggs. Mix well with the spoon until you have a thick, gummy consistency.

  3. Step 3

    Chop vegetables

Chop the garlic clove and broccoli into a fine pulp and add these ingredients to the bowl. Add in the vitamin powder and mix well.

  4. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon or two of water.

  5. Step 4

    Bake the mix

Spray the cookie sheet with the cooking spray. Take a tablespoon of the mixture, roll into a ball shape, and place it on the sheet. Fill up the entire sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
