How to Scramble Eggs
You Will Need
- 3 oz. Scrambled egg mix
- Pan spray
- 1/2 oz. water
- spoodle
- turner
- plate
CAUTION! H0T SURFACE!
Step 1
First spray the griddle with pan spray.
Step 2
measure the egg mixture with a spoodle.
Step 3
While the eggs are still loose, drizzle water and stir.
Step 4
Use a flat sided spatula and stir from beneath the eggs.
