Doing a Backflip is really fun, when you know how to do it.
Backflips can be dangerous, you could get hurt.
Stand in the Middle of the trampoline.
Jump, bounce on the trampoline until you get high enough.
Bounce on the trampoline and form a ball with your body by putting your knees on your jaw and hands around your feet.
Spread your body and get in a landing position, like if your landing from a jump on the trampoline.
Gymnastics help you alot on doing backflips.
In February, 1975, 16 skiers made it into the Guinness Book of World Records by managing to hold hands during a unison backflip in Ski Acres, Washington.
