<![CDATA[Start with Leancuisine, weightwatchers, and those other frozen dinner weight loss companies. They have delicious meals,I have tried them, they are amazing and they really are light on the fat, calories, and carbs, which surprised me. You also want to eat 4-8 times a day,but not full meals, just small meals and snacks. An apple here, then a small sandwich;its not about how often you eat,its how much and how well.If you go without food when you're hungry, your body takes it as starving and the next time you eat,it will store it as fat just in case.No more fast food;it kills you slowly anyways, who needs em?]]>

<![CDATA[Trying to avoid a heart attack?Losing weight through healthy foods is key,but taking a speed walk around your neighborhood is important too.Everyone underestimates the use of fast paced walk,it helps alot and takes only about 20 minutes. If you don't want to exercise outside(like me) try running(or walking) up and down the stairs.Sounds silly,I know, but it really does help you feel heathier and lose weight.I wanted to keep my weight low and by just doing that when i got home,I did it.It only takes 10 minutes to walk up and down 20 times(10 times if you count up and down as 1)and then another minute to do 25 sit-ups.It's easy.Swimming,I think,is one of the best way to exercise because you have fun.If you have kids, you can take them with you so you don't have to leave them alone to exercise. Most times your kids will have you working harder in the pool than if you were by yourself and make sure you're having fun too!Kids might be the very best way to lose weight(I don't have kids yet)because they always want to play,no matter what.I have often found myself desperately trying to catch my breath with my kid cousins just playing with them! They have fun and you have fun, everybody wins.(Plus you teach them healthy habits so they don't have to work so much to live healthy when they're older)]]>
