How To Make Chilli Crab

Making Chilli Crab is not as hard as it sound, just a few simple steps and you can make a yummy recipes for your whole family to enjoy.

You Will Need

  • 4 lb. Crab
  • Chilli Pastes
  • Asian Chilli
  • 4 tsp. Soy Sauce
  • 4 tsp. Oyster Sauce
  • Cornstarch
  • Cooking oil
  • Tomato sauce or Chili sause of your choice
  • Onion
  • Ginger

Step 1: Clean and Cut

No one wants to eat a poisonous crab, so be sure to clean it gently and scrub the shell with a towel and warm soapy water before doing anything to it. Then, cut it into
quarters.Rinse it under cold water once more before cooking it.

Step 2: Heat it

Heat up a curved pan with to the highest setting, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 4 teaspoons of asian chilli.

If you prefer a spicer dish, rub chili onto the curved pan before heating or putting the ingredients to give it an extra kick.

Step 3: Add crabs

Add the crabs to the curved pan and stirring constantly untill they turn red and ready to eat, then take the crabs out of the pan and place them on a plate, allowing them to cool down.

Do not touch your eyes or nose after touching the chilli, this will cause infection to your eyes or nose.

Step 4: make chilli paste

Using the same curve pan, add cooking oil and mix together with the onion, ginger, garlic and chili paste for 5 minutes over medium heat and stirring it with cornstarch.

Step 5: Serve it

After the paste is done, pour it over the chilli crab and served with steamed rice immediatly.
