• Step 1: Making

  First get the telephone charger batterie and cut the top part that goes in the outlet and cut the bottom part that goes
  is the phone, then you will have a long wire, after cut that wire in half and put it close to the other stuff.

  Second take the two wire and attach one end of each wire to the the too electric receiver (it sticks out you will know when you see it) then try to tape it with a clear plastic tape.

  Then you will be ready to test it, to test put one end of the wire the top part of the batterie and the other end at the bottom part of the batterie, now it is suppose to spin,

  Finally cut the card board like the object the on the top on an helipcopter that makes it fly. punch a small hole in it then put it on the turbine and you will be done
