This seems the best way to do it, I've seen people use 2 bottles pretty successfully to get it open - but its hard to do without fizzing up one of the bottles. It was kinda hard to see the technique here as he had some white tape on his finger which made the dollar hard to see, enlarged to full screen though so made things easier.
