You Will Need

  • 1 lb. green beans
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp. yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp. brown mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp. dill seeds
  • 1 tbsp. black peppercorns
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup distilled white vinegar
  • water
