Step 3: Introduce new things

Identify your child’s interests – the ones that make them spark. Foster those interests.
Step 5: Applaud their efforts
Focus your praise on their efforts, not their intelligence. Stress the importance of hard work and dedication.
Children who are often praised for their intelligence tend to shy away from challenging activities.
Step 6: Feed healthy foods
Feed your child a high-protein diet full of natural carbohydrates from fruits and whole grains.
Step 7: Exercise
Encourage your child to exercise. It will make them strong and produce more brain cells in the process.
