This is a pretty cool video, I mean we all have access to old cardboard and I think this is an excellent way to recycle. I wonder what are the weight limitations for that chair, and how long do they usually last?

Thanks for the comment. The chair was able to hold roughly 160 LBs beautifully, however I didn't get a chance to test it with more. Depending on the amount the chair is used, how many layers of cardboard it's made out of, and how well it's made will effect the lifespan, but the design for the chair is pretty durable and I expect the one made in the video to last a few years. Also since it made out of cardboard if it breaks one can also rebuild it into another chair or recycle it.

If you fancy spending a lot of amount of money on an (ugly) cardboard chair - the 'Wiggle' chair by Frank Gehry featured in the intro is around $900!
