It is a great experience! You only have to experience it to believe it. It is very difficult to achieve - but great things are always so. Once you achieve this, your mind will always be calm and peaceful. You will not need any stimulants or drugs in future!. Great, isn't it?

You're video is cute and creative. And though you have many truths, your missing the most vital and fundamental truth of awakening the kundalini -- If you want to do it for REAL you need a teacher, dare I use the word ";Guru."; If don't have a Guru you risk opening yourself up to things you may not be prepared to handle. It doesn't matter if you disagree or agree. It's a fundamental and universal truth. Just like you can't argue about gravity... it just is whether your agree or disagree. Like I said, cute video.
