You Will Need
- Liquid eyeliner
- A small, thin eyeliner brush
- A steady hand
- A mirror
- And a flat surface
- Some translucent powder or concealer
- And an applicator brush
Use the right brush
Liquid eyeliner can be hard to control. If you're new to this, use a very small fine-pointed brush.
Brace your elbow on a flat surface. This will help you control the brush.
Look in the mirror and close the eye you're going to work on first.
Trace first line
Place your brush at the center of your upper lid's lash line, and trace a thin line out to the corner of your eye.
Trace second line
Pick up your brush and place it at the inner corner of your eye and trace a thin line to the center, connecting it with your first line.
To avoid smudging, refrain from opening this eye any wider until the liner is set.
Repeat on other eyelid
Repeat the steps on the other upper eyelid.
