You Will Need

  • 1 Physio Ball
  • 1 Dumbells (15 lb)
  • 1 Bar Bell
  • 1 Mat or Low Step (optional)
How To Trim and Tone Your Abs Workout Video: 1st Superset Exercise A

Step 1: 1st Superset Exercise A

Barbell Combat Twists x 24-30 reps, immediately follow with Ball pikes.

How To Trim and Tone Your Abs Workout Video: What is a Superset?

Step 2: What is a Superset?

Switching between two exercises, back to back, until the number of sets prescribed is complete.

How To Trim and Tone Your Abs Workout Video: 1st Superset Exercise B

Step 3: 1st Superset Exercise B

Ball Pikes x 15+ reps, immediately follow with another set of Barbell Combat Twists, and then again finish Superset with another set of Ball Pikes.

Step 4: 2nd Superset Exercise A

Dumbell Axe Chops x 15 reps on each side, immediately follow with 30 seconds of Moutain Climbers

Mountain Climbers for 30 seconds. Follow with another set of Dumbell Axe Chops.
