Switching between two exercises, back to back, until the number of sets prescribed is complete.
Ball Pikes x 15+ reps, immediately follow with another set of Barbell Combat Twists, and then again finish Superset with another set of Ball Pikes.
Dumbell Axe Chops x 15 reps on each side, immediately follow with 30 seconds of Moutain Climbers
Mountain Climbers for 30 seconds. Follow with another set of Dumbell Axe Chops.
