Steps

  1. Never change your diet without first consulting your physician.

  2. Step 1

Pay attention to what you eat

Keep a food diary to understand what foods you consume and how they may be affecting your body’s pH balance.

  3. Step 2

    Test your pH balance

Test the pH levels in your body to determine the need and value of a pH-balanced diet plan. Use pH strips, available at health food stores, pharmacies, and online.

  4. Step 3

Change your diet to restore a pH balance

Change your nutrition to restore a natural pH balance by including whole foods, essential fats, and alkalizing beverages like spring water or green tea.

  5. Replace coffee and soft drinks with herbal, green, or ginger teas and lemon water.

  6. Step 4

    Avoid certain foods

Avoid processed and artificial foods, including anything made with white sugar or white flour. Consume other fats, meats, and dairy in smaller amounts.

  7. Step 5

    Add supplements to support diet

Add nutritional supplements that support a pH-balanced diet, including coral calcium, food enzymes, alkaline minerals, and vitamins A and D.

  8. Pure water has a neutral pH of 7.
