Cut 2 slits, approximately 3 inches long, down the back of the bottle from the open top toward the bottom.
Mark a point on the front
Measure 1 inch from the bottom on the center of the front of the bottle and mark the point with the paint pen.
Draw a curved line beginning at the bottom of one of the slits, around the bottle to the point on the front, and then back up to the bottom of the other slit to create your mount design.
Cut your design
Cut out your design and discard the top part of the bottle.
Trace a template of the holes in an electrical outlet on a piece of paper with the pencil. Tape the template ½ inch from the top of the tab on the plastic bottle.
Drill holes through the template and the tab large enough to accommodate the prongs on your charger. Drill another hole through the bottom of the mount large enough to accommodate your charger's cord and power connector.
Decorate and enjoy
Decorate the mount or leave it the way it is. Plug in your charger through the holes in the tab, run the cord through the hole in the bottom, and rest your phone in the cradle while it charges.
