Depende del tipo de dolor, puede ser muscular en este caso del video yo recomendaria relajacion un poco de musica y masaje con algun unguento inclusive vendaje si fuera necesario. referente a este video, estoy muy nerviosa aunque he leido muchisimo todavia no se como comensar, se que lo voy a lograr, gracias por la pasiencia que me tienen y estoy entusiasmada voy a lograrlo.
