You Will Need

  • Confidence
  • A cell phone
  • A bar stocked with lovely ladies
  • A puppy

Steps

  1. Step 1

    Give yourself a once-over

Before you go over and talk to that gorgeous girl, give yourself a quick once-over. Use the reflective surface of your phone to confirm you're looking your best.

  2. Step 2

Let your pictures do the talking

Stock your phone with endearing photos. When you see that hot girl, hang out near her and casually browse through your gallery.

  3. To avoid looking too obvious, make your cutest picture your phone’s screensaver and leave it open on the bar. Occupy yourself with something else… and act sheepish when she notices.

  4. Step 3

    Ask for help

You've got this great new phone, but you're not sure if it's been fully activated. Could the beautiful woman next to you do you a favor and call you to see if it's working? Her generous help gives you a simple icebreaker... and her digits.

  5. Step 4

    Watch TV

Tune into a chick flick, and practice the following phrase: "I know I've seen this a hundred times, but I always choke up at this part."

  6. Step 5

    Make your puppy an accomplice

If your phone has a remote home monitor, have it set up to record your adorable new puppy and turn him into an accomplice.

  7. Point the cameras away from unwashed laundry and dirty dishes.

  8. Step 6

    Solicit advice

Have a buddy text you with a relationship problem. Share your pal's urgent predicament with that hottie at the bar, and ask her what you should text back.

  9. Step 7

    Keep the party moving

You did it! She's totally into you and ready to hit the next spot, except... you're not so sure how to get there. Use GPS to lead the way, and then you can devote all of your attention to your new partner in crime -- without getting lost.

  10. In military aviation, a wingman is someone who flies behind and to the side of the lead plane in a formation.
