HOW TO MAKE FRIED OREOS
Combine milk, pancake flour, and egg in a bowl. Add two tablespoons of cooking oil. Mix until well blended into a smooth batter.
Pour enough cooking oil in deep frier or saucepan to cover oreos. If you’re using a frying pan, pour just enough cooking oil so that at least half of the oreo is submerged
While the cooking oil is getting hot, cover oreos in batter.
Place oreos in the hot oil, given each oreo enough space from each other so as not to stick together while cooking. Fry until golden brown (around two minutes).
Place oreos on a paper towel to drain oil. Serve immediately. NO ONE wants a cold fied oreo.
Optional: Sprinkle fried oreos with powdered sugar before serving.
