Great video - I'll be trying this out at home!
I can't seem to get this right. The fold appears to keep opening after several attempts. Anyone else having this issue?

Genius! Never again will I have to buy chip clips! :-D
BTW-I found a trick that helped me. After step 3, fold the fold down onto the bag so that the two inside folds are down. That helps when you roll it inside out.
