Get out the grill and fire up the barbecue: The grilling recipes in this Howcast video series are just begging to be cooked.
You Will Need
- 6 pork chops
- Coarse salt
- Fresh pepper
- ¼ c. plus 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
- 3 cloves garlic, with skin, crushed
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 orange
- 5 sprigs rosemary
- Olive oil
- A baking dish with lid
- A platter
Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Then place them in the baking dish.
Mix together the olive oil, orange zest, lemon zest, orange juice, and rosemary in a small bowl.
Pour the mixture over the chops, turning them to coat. Then add the garlic and cover tightly.
Let the chops marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Then remove them from the marinade and let them sit on a platter for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grate to create a nonstick surface.
Grill the chops until they're cooked to medium, about 4 minutes. Then transfer them to a platter and let them sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Drizzle the chops with olive oil and serve with your favorite sides.
