Make crispy bacon in your microwave in just a few minutes without the greasy mess.
Place 3 paper towels on the microwave-safe cooking tray.
Lay 4 to 6 bacon strips on top or the paper towel without overlapping them.
Cover the bacon with another paper towel, and then cook on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
Cooking time may vary depending on the microwave and the number of bacon slices.
Remove your bacon from the microwave and let it sit for 1 minute to cool.
Enjoy the easy cleanup and your crisp and delicious bacon.
Pigs can’t sweat, so farmers use sprinklers and fans to keep them cool.

This technique for microwaving bacon is fine but wastes a lot of paper towels. To do it properly use a rack with a trough to collect the fat but if you don't have one use just one paper towel under the bacon. To make a whole pound of bacon continue layering paper towels and bacon strips until the whole pound is used.Top with a paper towel and microwave slightly less than 1 minute per strip on high power. When the bacon is cool enough to handle, peel off the towels and use the amount you want and save the remainder in a self closing plastic bag until later. Just heat the bacon until hot and serve. This way you don't have to go through the mess of coking bacon from scratch every time.
