umm you're doing exactly what most people do.. not listening. Forget about the mint chocolate chip. Ice Cream has more negative calories per square inch than any other naturally frozen food..

Great dieting tips! I also have eliminated soda from my diet and replaced it with seltzer water. I still get the satisfaction of fizz without the calories.
