You Will Need
- 1/2 tsp. cold cream
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. water
- Food coloring
- Equipment:
- Small paintbrush
- Cotton balls
- Soap
- Water
- Covered container
- Diaper cream (optional)
- Solid cooking shortening (optional)
- Popsicle sticks (optional)
- Plastic spoons (optional)
Steps

Step 1
Mix cream and cornstarch
Mix the cold cream and cornstarch together.

Diaper cream or solid cooking shortening can also be used instead of cold cream.

Step 2
Stir with water
Stir in the water and mix until you get a smooth texture.

Add food coloring
Add one drop of food coloring at a time until you get the desired color.

Stir with a Popsicle stick or plastic spoon for an easy clean-up.

Start painting
Start face painting. Apply the makeup with a small paintbrush, cotton ball, or your fingers.

Remove paint
Remove face paint with soap and water. Store the extra paints in a covered container until the next painting party. Have fun and be creative.
