You Will Need

  • 8 oz. skim milk
  • 1/4 c. powdered (or confectioner's) sugar
  • 1 package of sugar-free pudding
  • 8 oz. sugar-free whipped topping
  • Vanilla or almond extract
  • 1/4 c. sugar substitute (optional)

Steps

  1. Step 1

    Measure ingredients

    Measure out each of the ingredients and place them next to a medium-sized mixing bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Dissolve sugar

    Pour the milk and sugar into the bowl and mix them together until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Substitute the sugar with equal parts of sugar substitute suitable for baking if you prefer sugar-free recipes.

  4. Step 3

    Add pudding mix

    Open the package of sugar-free pudding mix -- any flavor you like -- and stir it into the sugary milk.

  5. Step 4

    Flavor the icing

    Add a half teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract to flavor the icing with a sweet or nutty taste.

  6. Step 5

    Fold in whipped topping

    Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mix and refrigerate the low-calorie treat until you're ready to frost your favorite cake or cupcakes. Enjoy low-calorie goodness.
