Hi, my name is Angelina Zdorovytska. Right now we're in the beautiful city of Los Angeles in Beverly Hills. I started playing tennis when I was 7 years old. I was ranked number 1 tennis player in the Ukraine. 350 in the world ranking. I run my own business; it's besttennisever.com. I train very good players. Also, I train beginners, intermediate players. Tennis is my life and my passion. First of all and very important to set up and position yourself correctly. Set up, make your preparation very early, keep your eyes on the ball, so eyes are always following the ball and also very important is to hit the ball in front of yourself. I'm going to demonstrate that to you right now. You're setting it up, bending your knees, looking at the ball, hitting it in front of yourself right here and following through. Same exact thing for the back inside, the ball is approaching you; you're making your swing, positioning yourself, very important being next to the tennis ball. Right here, this is the ball, hitting it in front, eyes on the ball and following through.
