My name is Randy R.C. Connor, choreographer to the stars. I've worked with Britney Spears, P. Diddy Combs, Prince, Mary J. Blige, Janet Jackson, Jay-Z. We're gonna just break down some moves, that you can use at the club, at the parties, at home, in your bathroom -- just have fun guys, so let's get started. C'mon! I'm about to teach you how to do the jerk, all right? It's really simple and it's really fun. So, we lean to the right and we smooth it out. Bounce, left, right, left, right? So, we're going lean to the left, lean to the right, lean to the left. As we're leaning we're going pop; so the knees are going outwards, in and out, in and out, in and out. Smooth it out. So, we're going out, out, out, in, out, okay? Pop, pop, pop, pop. So, that's the basic step. So, now you're gonna add some character and some individuality to the step. So, all right, now we're gonna go here. Move it around. Add some swag, whatever you want. You're doing the jerk. Here you go. Boom, all right, let's try it with some music. Okay, guys, here we go -- 5, 6, 7, 8, and...uh, uh, uh... Now your arms should flow in synch in opposition to your body, and you just move, move, and move. And move, and jerk, and jerk, and jerk, and jerk...and jerk, uh, and, and, and, and... And move it all around, and, jerk, jerk, and jerk, jerk, and boom, boom... So, there you go, guys, we just did the jerk, all right?
