Whassup, everybody. My name is Kid Glyde. I'm the leader of the Dynamic Rockers, pretty famous B-Boy. I travel around the world, I organize events. I've been dancing for 15 years. So I think I'm pretty credible to teach you. Be positive, be strong, let's do it. Alright, so let's try something easier. Turtle freezes, alright? And I'm sure your wrist is hurting from doing all those freezes. Baby freeze, reverse baby. Now let's use both of our hands, alright? We're gonna do the same concept, but we're gonna, instead of just using one of our arms, we're gonna use both arms, alright? So each arm goes to each side, alright? You wanna dig that elbow deep, alright? That's where your bounce is gonna be, alright? So first, we want knees open like this. Put our elbows in our stomach, lean down, put both hands down. Alright, your hands are gonna be like this...open, alright? Um, you could do it like this, but this is the way I do it, alright? So here and here. Use your fingers, hold the floor, alright? So, you're gonna look like this, alright, bam. Now one by one, you lift up one leg to build up some strength. Lift up the other leg, you know. And then when you're ready, you life up both legs, alright? You bring 'em in, you bring your knees towards your arms. And then you can hold it straight. Straight, bent, one leg straight, whatever. You know, play with it. But that's your basic turtle freeze.
