Hi, I'm Patricia Longo and I'm a celebrity makeup artist. I've worked with models from Sports Illustrated like Brooklyn Decker and Julie Henderson to Alleck Baldwin of 30 Rock. All the things that experts do that the average person doesn't know how to do will learn how to do it on these videos. After I prep the eye I like to highlight the eyebrow. What I usually do is take a flat brush and use the lightest shade of color possible. So I like to choose a very light shadow. Almost a pale to white. Again I lift her eyebrow, and I put the eyeshadow on just like this. So after I prep the eye, I wanna highlight the eyebrow. I usually use a medium beige to white shadow. And I prefer to use a flat brush just like this. I lift up her eyebrow, I start inside the crease, and I go all the way up to the eyebrow. And you see how flat the brush is. The brush is applying the shadow but I'm dabbing it on. I usually like putting it on the entire eyelid but a lot of the light shadow is going right near the eyebrow. It's almost a highlighter right near the brow so it gives it definition. And you can apply more and more if you like. And that's how I highlight the eyebrow.
