The Fast Food Diet. Geared towards those drive-through addicts and busy moms with no time to cook. This provides people with healthy alternatives whether you’re at McDonald’s, Burger King or at your local mall food court. My opinion: if you’re gonna eat fast food, it’s good to know what the healthiest option on the menu is. And of course, there’s always healthy options.
Overall, while I don’t promote fast food and I think that it’s better to cook or to get things that are more freshly prepared, if you choose to go through a drive-through or go somewhere for convenience, or maybe because you’re on a tight budget, this happens to be a great program that will help you towards a healthier track and making smarter choices.
