Hi I'm Miss Pop, a New York City based nail artist, and we are here at my favorite bar/nail salon. Beauty Bar, right here on 14th St in New York City. Today I'm going to show you my favorite nail designs and let you in on some secrets. So lets get started. I like stripes but I am mad about plaid, So first I am gonna use a really really really thin brush. So to got polish on your brush, you just wana stroke the brush of it gently, to just start you just you wana do two yellow lines across, same thing with this brush, you just want to gently apply enough black so that you know it will keep your brush thin, but you also have some paint to work with. Now we are gona do some black strips in the other direction. We're just gonna do another stripe right next to it, just trying to make like sort of box grid like what you see in plaids, O.K. Now let's clean up around the edges with the orange sec, if you let dry and it stuck on your nail, just take a shower or wash your hand with some warm water and that extra polish will come right off and just a little top coat and you got mad plaid nails
