Hi, my name is Rhon Mizrachi and I'm the head of Krav Maga Federation in the United States. I also own my own school in Manhattan on 25th St. I have been teaching Krav Maga for over 30 years. You can visit us online on kravmagafederation.com. Today, I'll demonstrate for you Krav Maga Round Kick. Round kick has four motions as well except instead of the kick hitting you this way, the kick's going to come and penetrate around. Again you can use the ball of the foot, you can use the tip of your foot, you can use the shin and that's because you do wear protection on your feet in the street. Slow. One, two, three! Lets increase speed. One, two, three! All out! Change sides‚ slow. One, two, three, four! A little more speed. One, two, three, four! A little bit more speed.
