You're going to put your top teeth on your bottom lip and breathe out, but for F you're not going to use your vocal cords. So practice,fine, first, half, fun. Now for V your mouth shape is going to be the same but now you're going to use your vocal cords. So let's practice, vine, very, vivid, valve. So now you practice the difference between your F and your V sounds.
