And today I'm going to talk to you about bodybuilding. The best bodybuilding exercises are the basics. Compound movements with barbells and dumbbells that really stimulate the targeted muscle group, that muscle group that you are training during that particular workout. For your chest the bench press is a great exercise and when you are doing that bench press, you can either do it on a flat bench or on an incline. For your shoulders, presses, again with dumbbells or barbells are great exercise some of the best exercise you can do for your shoulders. For your back, rowing movements. Whether it's with a barbell or dumbbell that really stimulate the back muscles. Great exercise. When it comes to legs, there is nothing better than squats. Leg presses are also great. For your arms, any type of curl movements whether it is with a barbell or dumbbell is great for your biceps and ant type of kick back movements or cable press down movements for your triceps will really work your arms and are great exercises for them. For your calves, presses are great whether you are standing or you are seated and for your abs, any type of movement where you bring your torso down to your lower body or your lower body up to your upper body those are two variations and the best exercises for your abs.
