And today I'm going to talk to you about bodybuilding. So you want to learn how to build muscle mass. These are the thing you need to remember. The muscle building process is initiated with weight training. You want to make sure that you overload, tax the muscles. That particular muscle group that you're training in a particular work out, you want to tax it with heavy weight. Again that starts the process. And then it's really important that you let the muscle rest, recover, and re cooperate before you train them again. The muscles can't give themselves the best chance to until they've completely re cooperated from your last intense weight training session. It's very important. Many bodybuilders get really excited, very eager to build more muscle and they want to train before that muscle has fulling recovered. To augment, to bolster, to aid in that recovery process you want to make sure you practice sound nutritional habits. You got to feed your body to help it repair and grow, so you need to be really consistent with your food intake and your meals throughout the day. So once you stimulate the muscle building process. You let those muscles fully repair, recover, re cooperate and then you augment it or you bolster that recovery process with sound nutritional practices. Then and only then can you overload the muscle again. And those are some basic tips on how to build muscle mass.
